How can we live in alignment with the way things work naturally?  When we recognise the inherent principles already present in life, we can choose to consciously align. Here are 4 of those principles for active application.

• Identity

  Who are you really? When you sit quietly, who is it that is aware of you thinking? Incarnation literally means ‘embodied in flesh’, a being in a material body. Who witnesses your body, mind and emotions?

• Polarity

  Polarity is the condition of having two opposite states with contrasting properties. Human beings can find themselves between two contrasting forces in life. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will find expression, either positively or negatively, and a change in the direction of your attention will change the nature of your experience.

• Creative process

  The entire cycle of life is a creative process, as is any stage within it. So how do ‘design’ and ‘purpose’ reveal themselves in life? They do so through cycles. And when those processes work clearly, without interference, they create natural and accurate forms. The question is how creative are you in handling these cycles?

• Solar cross

  The solar cross is a model to describe the process of incarnation and the purpose for being present now. It is a map of our humanity. Consciousness is the means by which the animating force enters the physical state. The quality of consciousness is critical to the quality of your life experience.
